Systempack taping machines wrap a self-adhesive tape on the perimeter of the box-package on the closing position between cover and box bottom.
Executable formats:
The machines are available in two versions: automatic model and semi-automatic model.
Both the models can be equipped with a “tear strip unit”, that allows an easy opening of the box.
The group consists of an unwinding device and a guiding roller system leading the strip to the application position, between the box cover and bottom, where a knife and a positioning device realize the application.
Semi-automatic machine:
The semi-automatic model requires an operator for loading-unloading the box and start the taping cycle.
Indicative speeds 10-20 boxes/min, according to the box to process (sizes and shape) and operator’s skills in loading/unloading the machine.
It is equipped with a brushless servo-motor to handle the tape application during the taping phase.
To manage the machine, the operator enables the commands through the keyboards and a touch-screen operator’s panel that displays machine status messages, alarms and prompts the format selection.

The system allows changing format within 10 and 15 minutes.
Automatic machine
The automatic model features a box feeding and unloading system, allowing continuous cycles in automatic mode: it is equipped with brushless servo-motors with controlled axis that enable the box feeding board and handle the application of the tape during the taping phase.
Indicative speeds 10-35 boxes/min, according to the box to process (sizes and shape).
To manage the machine, the operator enables the commands through the push-button panels and a touch-screen operator’s panel that displays machine status messages, alarms and prompts the format selection.
The machines are supplied with all safety features for operators and exposed personnel, in compliance with applicable laws.
