Robotic filling lines with vision systems

Systempack also includes the development and implementation of robotic filling lines with vision systems.

These machines integrate fast picker robots that provide maximum guarantee in terms of high productivity and maximum system efficiency.

These lines can handle bare or packaged products and are able to serve packaging lines by filling cases or boxes, wrapping machines and flowpack packaging machines.

Each application is studied according to the product to be handled and the vision systems, which ensure the correct grip and orientation of the product, can be integrated on board the fast pickers or inside the filling island.

The robotic lines with vision systems are dimensioned and built with special execution depending on the product to be handled and the required productivity. The lines are therefore intended to be completely modular in order to meet the required productivity.

Each fast picker robot can perform up to 120 cycles per minute.
